This 2025 harvest collaboration celebrates the fresh, organic vibrancy of wet hops. Centered on the resinous character of fresh Chinook and the concentrated citrus of Cryo Centennial, it presents a quintessentially green profile. A base of clean, gluten-free malts allows the hops to dominate with sharp notes of pine needles, bright grapefruit, and crushed grass. As a West Coast IPA, it balances this hop intensity with a firm, clear bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. The sensory experience is luminous and refreshing, capturing the essence of a walk through a pine forest under early autumn sun.

Appearance. Luminous deep gold (7 SRM). Topped with a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves delicate lacing. High clarity typical of the style.

Aroma. Intense and fresh. Dominant notes of resinous pine and freshly mown grass from the Chinook hops, complemented by a sharp citrus-floral lift of grapefruit and lemon zest from Cryo Centennial. Clean, low grainy malt sweetness sits in the background.

Taste. High hop intensity mirrors the aroma with layers of damp pine, grapefruit pith, and herbal spice. Bitterness is firm and assertive but remains clean. A very light, toasted malt backbone supports the hops without adding sweetness. The finish is notably dry and refreshing with a lingering resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a vibrant, scrubbing sensation on the palate. Alcohol warmth is negligible, and there is no hop harshness despite the harvest intensity.
