This American Light Lager offers a vibrant, summery twist on a traditionally neutral style by incorporating aromatic jamaica and cinnamon. At a refreshing 4% ABV, the beer presents a delicate interplay between the floral, berry-like tartness of hibiscus and the faint, woody warmth of spice. The lean malt structure provides a clean, grainy foundation that allows these specialty ingredients to lead the profile without cloying sweetness. Highly carbonated and exceptionally crisp, it balances the botanical infusions against a very low bitterness, resulting in a thirst-quenching, dry finish that remains light on the palate and perfectly suited for warm weather enjoyment.
Appearance. Very pale straw with a possible subtle pink hue from the adjuncts (SRM 2-3); brilliant clarity; white, frothy head with low persistence and minimal lacing.

Taste. Neutral and crisp initial impression with a very low grainy malt flavor. The palate is quickly defined by the gentle acidity of hibiscus and a touch of earthy cinnamon spice. Very low bitterness (approx. 8-12 IBUs) maintains a clean balance. The finish is bone-dry and highly refreshing with a short, clean aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Very light body, occasionally watery; very high carbonation providing a sharp carbonic bite; no alcohol warmth or astringency.
