Capra Noastră Albă is a revitalizing Belgian-style Witbier that pours a characteristic hazy pale gold. The higher ABV provides a more substantial presence than typical examples, lending a smooth, creamy texture to the palate. Appearance. Pale straw to pale gold (3-4 SRM) with a very cloudy, milky appearance from yeast and starch haze. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and moderate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a bready malt foundation. Significant floral notes of elderflower complement zesty orange peel and a perfumy coriander spice. Low herbal, grassy aromatics are present, blending into a complex, summer-like profile.
