Caleya Odisea is a saturated Hazy IPA that offers a lush, sensory-forward experience centered on a dense, velvety body. A double dry-hopping regimen featuring Amarillo, Loral, and El Dorado drives an intense aromatic profile of ripe stone fruit, bright citrus, and subtle floral notes. The appearance is characteristically opaque with a luminous glow, leading into a palate where tropical pineapple and candy-like orange flavors dominate. The interaction of the bready malt base and the essential oils from the El Dorado and Amarillo creates a soft, juice-like impression, while the Loral adds a sophisticated herbal depth, culminating in a smooth, low-bitterness finish.

Appearance. Light amber to orange hue (5-7 SRM) with a distinctive opaque, hazy clarity that provides a soft glow. Pours with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical mango, apricot, and orange zest. A light floral and peppery note is present in the background, supported by a neutral, bready, and grainy malt character without any toasted or caramel notes.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma with prominent notes of peach, pineapple, and citrus. The malt flavor is low but provides a soft, doughy foundation. Perceived bitterness is moderate-low and smooth, balancing the off-dry finish. The aftertaste is clean and fruit-forward, lacking any harsh hop burn or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, almost creamy texture and a dense, saturated mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth that enhances the fullness without becoming sharp.
