Ca' del Brado Copernicana

A wild and funky Grodziskie brewed in collaboration with Poland's PINTA Barrel Brewing.

This sour beer with smoky notes was brewed with traditional 100% oak-smoked wheat malt and Polish Lubelski hops, then aged for 9 months in a barrel.

Copernicana is balanced and particularly refreshing on the palate, accompanied by the very pleasant softness of the satisfying smoky sensations from oak wood.
