A massive, jammy berry character dominates the fruit profile, supported by light caramel sweetness and dark fruit esters like black currant and plum. Very low hop aroma and a smooth, integrated alcohol presence.
Taste. Intense and complex, leading with bittersweet chocolate and heavily roasted malt flavors. A pronounced berry fruitiness provides a dessert-like sweetness that harmonizes with caramel and toasted bread notes. Medium bitterness balances the rich malt and fruit sugars.
