This Hazy IPA offers a Mediterranean-inspired sensory journey, blending the hallmark juicy profile with a vibrant Sicilian influence. Poured with a sun-drenched orange hue and a signature opaque haze, it greets the nose with an intense bouquet of tropical hops intertwined with zesty orange peel and a distinctive, savory herbal note from the oregano. On the palate, the soft, bready malt foundation supports a wave of citrus and stone fruit, while the oregano provides a sophisticated botanical counterpoint. It concludes with a smooth, low-bitterness finish that remains refreshingly bright, aromatically complex, and impressively balanced for its sessionable strength.

Appearance. 4-6 SRM; glowing orange-gold. Opaque, uniform haze with a thick, meringue-like white head that shows high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Pronounced fresh orange zest and pulpy citrus notes are layered over tropical hop aromas of mango and papaya. A unique, savory herbal oregano character is clearly present but well-integrated. Background of grainy, bready malt with no caramel or toast.

Taste. Initial impression of sweet citrus and tropical fruit hops. Low to medium-high bitterness that feels soft rather than sharp.
