Brewtality is an assertive American IPA that epitomizes the West Coast style through its aggressive hop profile and lean malt backbone. A powerful aromatic punch is delivered by the strategic use of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops, weaving together layers of bright grapefruit, dank resin, and tropical notes of mango and melon. The palate is defined by a firm, clean bitterness that cuts through a subtle, grainy malt base, allowing the citrus and berry-like hop flavors to dominate. Finishing remarkably dry and crisp, this beer offers a refreshing yet intense sensory experience with a lingering, resinous aftertaste.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber color (approximately 8 SRM). Displays brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves decorative lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit zest, resinous pine, and tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. Very low, clean, grainy-sweet malt support. A hint of blueberry from the Mosaic hops is present alongside a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression with intense flavors of citrus peel, resin, and stone fruit. Low toasted cracker and grainy malt flavors provide a brief foundation before a high, clean bitterness takes over. The balance is decidedly bitter with a bone-dry finish. Hop flavors of lime and melon linger long into the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, smooth texture. Medium-high carbonation enhances the dry finish. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but never harsh.
