This Imperial Stout offers a decadent sensory collision where deep-roasted malts meet a vibrant infusion of cinnamon. An opaque, midnight-black pour yields intense aromas of dark chocolate, espresso, and spicy woody bark. On the palate, the Cinna-Boom effect delivers a seamless transition from bittersweet cocoa and charred toast to a warming, spice-forward finish. The presence of significant roasted malts provides a robust foundation that tempers the sweetness, while the 9.2% alcohol adds a gentle, integrated warmth. Smooth and velvety, it balances intensity with a refined, lingering aftertaste of spiced mocha and dark-dried fruits, embodying a harmonious yet bold character.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). Features a well-formed, persistent deep tan head with moderate lacing. High viscosity is evident through visible legs on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity with a rich blend of roasted coffee and bittersweet chocolate. A prominent, spicy cinnamon note provides a woody character, supported by moderate dark fruit esters of prune and raisin. Clean alcohol is noticeable but integrated.

Taste. Initial flavors of dark chocolate and toasted bread are quickly followed by an explosive cinnamon character. Firm hop bitterness is balanced by a medium-sweet maltiness and cocoa notes. The finish is long and complex, fading into a pleasant aftertaste of roasted grain and warm spice.
