Petrus Nitro Cherry & Chocolate is a perfect blend of our Quadrupel, using 6 different types of roasted malts and delicious cherries. The nitrogen is of great added value to the quad, giving it more body and creaminess and making it extremely drinkable. Cheers to the only Belgian Quad on nitro! For bottle, follow the pouring instructions on the back label!!
Appearance: Very dark, almost pitch black colour with tan head
Aroma: Smelled chocolate-covered cherries, vanilla, milk chocolate, chocolate syrup, black cherry and cherry candy. Straight cherry from the bottle.
Flavour: Tasted at least as good as the nose, maybe better. Very sweet. Got chocolate-covered cherries, Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia, vanilla, milk chocolate, hints of cinnamon, black cherry, chocolate syrup and sugary cherry candy.
Mouthfeel: Full body. Sticky texture. Average carbonation. Long, sweet finish.
