This Belgian Tripel offers a vibrant sensory experience, capturing the essence of a blossoming field. It pours with an effervescent energy, releasing a complex bouquet of peppery phenols and citrusy esters reminiscent of lemon and orange zest. A supportive base of soft Pilsner malt provides a delicate honey-like sweetness that quickly yields to a firm, clean bitterness. Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (5-7 SRM) with brilliant clarity and high effervescence. It features a long-lasting, creamy, rocky white head that leaves significant lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity with a seamless bouquet of peppery phenols and moderate fruity esters of orange and lemon. A soft, grainy-sweet malt character is present, accompanied by a unique, low-intensity resinous note of pine and a light, perfumy alcohol presence.
