Brueghel Triple presents a refined expression of a Belgian Tripel, balancing its strength with a refreshing, effervescent character. The sensory profile is defined by a delicate Pilsner malt base providing soft honey and grainy-sweet notes. Fermentation-driven complexity takes center stage, offering a seamless bouquet of peppery phenols and bright citrus esters reminiscent of orange peel and lemon zest. Despite the robust strength, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable due to its high attenuation and lively carbonation, finishing remarkably dry with a lingering spicy-fruity trail. Appearance. Deep yellow to gold (SRM 5-7) with brilliant clarity and visible effervescence. Topped by a long-lasting, creamy, rocky white head that leaves characteristic Belgian lacing on the glass.
