Brewski Bonkers is an expressive Hazy IPA that delivers an intense, multi-layered sensory experience. The intricate hop bill of Citra and Mosaic creates a foundation of ripe mango and blueberry, while Galaxy and Strata introduce sharp tropical notes of passionfruit and zesty pineapple. The inclusion of Cascade adds a subtle floral citrus undertone, all concentrated through a cryo POP blend that pushes the aromatic intensity to the forefront. This beer showcases a characteristic soft, velvety body and a luminous opacity, balancing its massive hop saturation against a gentle, bready malt sweetness. It concludes with a smooth, restrained bitterness that emphasizes its lush, juicy character.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4–6 SRM) with a luminous, opaque haze and a distinct shine. Topped with a thick, meringue-like white head that demonstrates high retention and leaves intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by passionfruit, guava, and candied citrus. Clean, bready malt notes persist in the background, providing a neutral foundation. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters and no hop-derived grassiness or herbal character.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical and stone fruits. High fruity hop flavor mirrors the aroma with layers of grapefruit and peach. Malt flavor is low but provides a doughy, grainy support. Bitterness is low to medium-light, masked by the body for a soft, off-dry finish that is entirely devoid of harshness.
