Naook è una Cold IPA dal colore dorato prodotta con luppoli Columbus, Motueka e Nectaron ed una piccola aggiunta di riso e frumento, come richiede lo stile. Fresca e pungente nei sentori, è piacevolmente amara e scorrevole al palato, con in evidenza note citriche ed agrumate, sia in fase di assaggio che nell'aroma.
Il nome Nanook viene prende ispirazione sia dai nativi americani che con il termine Nanook indicavano l'orso polare ma anche dal "maestro degli orsi" di derivazione dalla lingua Inuit. Ispirati dalla queste figure maestose è stata relalizzata questa Cold IPA che vede un procedimento simile alle basse fermentazioni interpretato in chiave IPA.
