This Wild Specialty Beer explodes with a vivid, rustic charm driven by an intense saturation of seasonal fruit. A foundational base of lager malt and wheat provides a soft, bready backdrop that allows the massive addition of redcurrants and blackcurrants to shine. The sensory profile is defined by a fresh, tart funk derived from a blended wild yeast, evoking the earthy aromatics of a fruit farm. It offers a complex bouquet of deep berry skins and bright acidity. The palate is sharply refreshing and bone-dry, where the natural tannic structure of the currants meets a playful, puckering finish.

Appearance. Deep ruby-magenta with a slight haze from wheat proteins and wild yeast. Pours with a thin, pink-tinted head that dissipates quickly, leaving minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tart redcurrants and earthy, jammy blackcurrants. Minimal grainy-sweet malt character is overshadowed by wild fermentation notes of lemon zest, light hay, and a clean lactic sourness.
