As an American Lager, it presents a brilliant, pale straw hue topped with a frothy white head. On the palate, it delivers a neutral, highly refreshing profile where subtle grainy malt meets a faint, spicy hop character. Aroma. Low intensity and very clean. Dominant notes of sweet grain and light cracker-like malt. A very subtle spicy hop character is barely perceptible in the background. Fermentation is clean with no yeast-derived esters or phenols.
Taste. The initial impression is neutral and crisp. Mild grainy malt flavors provide a touch of sweetness, balanced by a low bitterness that ensures a refreshing profile. Very low herbal hop flavor. It finishes clean and dry with a short, crisp aftertaste.
