For this second homage in the Zinnebir collab series, De La Senne partnered with their friend Daniel Thiriez in French-Flanders.
This time they used a different set of hops to rework the classic Zinnebir recipe: Daniel selected 100% French hops, cultivated by a cooperative called Comptoir Agricole.
The character of Zinnebir was well respected. However, the bitterness is a bit more rustic and this beer has a different kind of fruitiness. You will detect some physalis and different floral, herbal and spicy notes.
