Saint Médard Ambrée beer is brewed using traditional methods with the most renowned malts and hops. Unfiltered and refermented in the bottle, this beer should be served chilled (6-8°C) and poured with care.

Philosophy
​The science that has been dedicated to beer for centuries to make the pleasure of tasting ever more enjoyable cannot be sacrificed for the benefit of ephemeral trends. Balance and drinkability are the first qualities of a good beer.

Environmental and social responsibility
More than ever, virtuous behavior is required in any company that is developing these days, which is why the Au Baron brewery has implemented several actions in this direction.

​We source our locally grown barley through close cooperation with the Pétillon farm in Roisin.

We clean and reuse all the bottles consumed in our establishment and at our colleagues at “Chez Mireille”.

We recycle all cardboard and plastic waste.

Our brewing residues are offered to a local breeder to feed his livestock.

We sponsor multiple local cultural and sports associations in order to support them in their initiatives.
