This celebratory Gose is a masterclass in post-run refreshment, leaning into a bright, super citrusy profile. Vivid additions of orange, lemon, and lime zest intertwine with the lime-forward character of Motueka hops, creating a zippy, mouthwatering bouquet. Beneath the citrus peaks, a soft, doughy wheat base provides structure, while a restrained salinity underscores the fruit, heightening the perception of juice-like freshness. The finish is bone-dry and effervescent, with a gentle lactic tartness that cleanses the palate. It is a light-bodied, low-alcohol session ale designed for maximum drinkability and vibrant sensory impact, perfectly balancing salt and sharp acidity.

Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (2–3 SRM). Unfiltered with a moderate to full haze. Features a moderate white head with tight bubbles and fair retention, supported by high effervescence.

Aroma. High intensity citrus aromatics dominated by fresh lime peel and lemon zest. The Motueka hops contribute a distinct tropical lime essence. Subtle background notes of coriander offer a floral lift, while the malt provides a faint bready, sourdough-like backdrop with a clean lactic tang.

Taste. Immediate, refreshing tartness with a bright burst of orange and lime. Bitterness is very low, as balance is achieved through crisp lactic acidity. A light, doughy wheat malt flavor is present but secondary to a noticeable mineral salt character that makes the finish mouthwatering. Dry and fully attenuated with no lingering sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Light body with high carbonation, resulting in a prickly, effervescent sensation. The salt provides a slightly tingly quality and a rounder feel on the tongue than the low ABV would suggest. No alcohol warmth.
