This vibrant Berliner Weisse presents an assertive aromatic profile fueled by massive additions of Peach and Mango. The initial impact is a sensory collision of tropical intensity and juicy stone fruit, layered over a foundation of clean, sharp lactic acidity. Beneath the fruit, a delicate suggestion of raw bread dough and grainy wheat provides a soft structural counterpoint to the slightly elevated alcohol content. Effervescent and bright, it balances its high-intensity fruit character with a crisp, bone-dry finish. The absence of hop bitterness allows the interplay between the tangy fermentation profile and the lush, sun-ripened fruit notes to remain the central focus.
