Al final nació Bebidas y Maridajes de Aineto. S. Coop. Con la finalidad de elaborar cervezas, otras bebidas naturales a partir del saúco y maridar ambas con ingredientes de proximidad.
Otra de nuestras inquietudes, era nuestra voluntad trabajar en el pueblo donde vivimos. Era más fácil montar la cervecería en Sabiñanigo. Pero nos interesaba la creación de puestos de trabajo en la localidad, para generar arraigo y prevenir la despoblación.
