Only the finest three years old Lambics are selected to be accompanied by a small percentage of young lambic in a perfect marriage made in brewing heaven.At Boon, it’s all about balance, so in order to provide the Old Style Geuze Mariage Parfait with enough body to withstand the abundance in different flavors, the especially brewed Lambics have a high degree of fermentation resulting in an alcoholic content of 8% Alc.Vol.Pour slowly in 2 dry flute glasses without disturbing the yeast sediment in the bottle and enjoy this epitome of traditional Lambic brewing.The end result is a refined combination containing the fruitiness of lime zest and tangerine, smooth vanilla, slightly tart, palate refreshing acidity and a warming mouthfeel.Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait is unsweetened, unfiltered and unpasteurized. To complete the perfect marriage, it is bottle conditioned and can be stored up to 20 years.Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name.

Geuze Mariage Parfait is an unsweetened, unfiltered Oude Geuze from Lembeek. This beer mainly consists of 3-year Lambic that matured in oak barrels. This is the very finest Lambic that matured in the brewery's very best barrels. It is no coincidence that the barrels used for the Lambic for Geuze Mariage Parfait are also the oldest in the brewery. They were built between 1883 and 1914 and have been used as genuine Lambic foeders for more than 100 years. The microflora of the wild yeasts inside the barrels last for many generations and their unique evolution guarantees the gentlest and finest Lambic.
