This session-strength Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant sensory explosion of stone and tropical fruit. Dominated by the lush, pulpy character of Mango and Peach, it offers a dense, nectar-like profile that defies its low alcohol content. The addition of Mirabelle introduces a delicate floral sweetness and a nuanced plum-like tartness, rounding out the bold primary fruits. Appearance. Saturated, opaque golden-orange hue (SRM 6-8), reminiscent of fresh fruit nectar. Pours with a dense but short-lived creamy off-white head; lacing is minimal due to high fruit solids.

Aroma. High intensity. Explosive aromatics of ripe Mango and fleshy Peach dominate the nose immediately. Subtle honeyed and floral notes of Mirabelle plum emerge as the beer warms. A clean, sharp lactic sourness provides a bright backdrop, with no perceptible hop or malt presence.
