This modern take on a Festbier bridges the gap between traditional Munich craftsmanship and contemporary hop innovation. The clean, toasty-doughy malt base provides a rich canvas for an expressive dry-hop profile. Classic noble notes of spicy Tettnanger and floral Perle are amplified by the citrusy grapefruit punch of Cascade and the unique red berry characteristics of Monroe. While it retains the smooth, drinkable essence of a pale lager, the elevated hop intensity introduces vibrant layers of strawberry and citrus. It finishes crisp and well-attenuated, showcasing a sophisticated balance between elegant German malt and a bright, fruity hop bouquet.

Appearance. Deep gold color (approx. 5-6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a persistent, dense white foam stand that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity featuring grapefruit, soft red berries, and floral spice. Supported by a moderate malt richness reminiscent of toasted bread dough and light honey. Clean lager fermentation profile with no sulfur or diacetyl.
