A vibrant, tropical showcase for hand-selected Mosaic hops, this Hazy IPA radiates with a luminous, opaque glow. The aroma is an olfactory explosion of ripe mango, sweet blueberry, and zesty tangerine, a direct result of the continuous daily dosing during primary fermentation. On the palate, the experience is intensely juicy, layering stone fruit and mixed berries over a soft, pillowy malt base of bready grains. At 7.2% ABV, it offers a gentle, well-integrated warmth that supports the fruit-forward character without adding harshness. The finish is remarkably smooth and off-dry, leaving a lingering, lush hop-saturated aftertaste that defines the modern juicy profile.

Appearance. Deep straw to golden-orange (approx. 5 SRM) with a brilliant, opaque hazy shine. Crowned by a thick, persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring punchy tropical fruit (mango, papaya), distinct blueberry notes characteristic of Mosaic, and sweet citrus. Clean, bready malt provides a neutral background with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors of tropical fruit and mixed berries. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness that remains soft and supple. Malt flavor is light and bready, serving to carry the hops into a clean, off-dry, and intensely juicy finish without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and velvety body with a smooth, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift, while a subtle, pleasant alcohol warmth is present.
