BOSS BATTLE is a powerhouse Double IPA that captures an intense, modern hop profile. Hand-selected Citra and El Dorado lead the charge with a wave of ripe mango, pineapple, and zesty orange, while Idaho Gem introduces subtle red berry and stone fruit nuances. The addition of New Zealand Superdelic amplifies the complexity with unique pops of candy-like fruit and tropical punch. Despite its 8.6% ABV, the malt presence remains supportive and lean, allowing the vibrant hop character to shine through a smooth, pillowy texture. It finishes dry with a refined bitterness, reflecting a masterful balance of strength and drinkability for a meaningful cause.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (8-9 SRM); persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing; hazy to translucent appearance typical of modern interpretations.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring notes of ripe mango, crushed pineapple, and candied orange peel. Secondary layers of red berries and stone fruit emerge, complemented by a unique tropical punch character. Malt is low and neutral, presenting a faint crackery sweetness. Fermentation is clean with a whisper of alcohol warmth.

Taste. A saturated explosion of tropical fruit, including passion fruit and bright citrus, followed by a mid-palate of peach and hard candy. Bitterness is assertive but well-sculpted, providing a firm counterpoint to the lean, grainy malt. The finish is remarkably dry for the strength, leaving a lingering trail of resinous citrus and tropical oils without any harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth glows in the chest, while the finish is free of any hop-derived astringency.
