Of Abstract Dreams is a vibrant Hopfenweisse that bridges traditional German craftsmanship with modern hop intensity. The base of Pilsner malt, flaked oats, and flaked wheat creates a luminous, hazy foundation for a complex yeast and hop interplay. Fermented cool with a Bavarian weisse strain, it offers classic clove and banana notes that meld seamlessly with the tropical explosion of Luminosa, Galaxy, and Talus. Expect layers of passionfruit, peach, and citrus, while Lorién adds a delicate floral lift in the background. It is a refreshing, aromatic exploration of the Weissbier style, finishing dry, spritzy, and highly effervescent with a pillowy, soft texture.
Appearance. 3-4 SRM. Pale gold with a heavy, persistent haze. Features a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Pronounced esters of banana and spicy clove phenols are immediately present, interwoven with pungent tropical aromas of passionfruit, peach, and pink grapefruit. Low bready wheat and grainy malt notes persist underneath a floral and citrusy hop bouquet.
Taste. Initial impression of soft, bready wheat and grainy sweetness, followed by a wave of mango and citrus hop flavors.
