It pours with a vibrant haze and a dense, creamy white head that clings to the glass. The sensory profile is dominated by a lively interplay of fruity banana esters and spicy clove phenols, characteristic of its high-fermentation yeast. Appearance. Pale straw to gold (2–6 SRM). Opaque to hazy due to being unfiltered and bottle-conditioned. Featuring a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of banana esters and spicy clove phenols. Strong bready, doughy wheat notes are prominent, supported by a light grainy sweetness from the Pilsner malt. No significant hop aroma.
Taste. Initial impression of soft, bready wheat followed by a balanced presentation of banana and clove. Very low bitterness allows for a slightly tart, fruity character to shine.
