Brewed with homegrown Monroe barley and a substantial 20% beech smoked malt, the sensory profile is defined by a delicate balance of campfire essence and bright citrus. Pronounced orange esters and spicy black pepper phenols from the fermentation dance alongside a clean, earthy smoke. The use of Monroe barley provides a soft, grainy foundation that supports the 6.9% ABV strength without sacrificing the style's hallmark drinkability. It concludes with a signature bone-dry, spicy finish that highlights its complex, farmhouse origins.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (8-12 SRM) with a slight haziness typical of an unfiltered farmhouse ale. Pours with a dense, long-lasting, rocky ivory head that leaves persistent Belgian lace on the glass.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring a primary blend of spicy black pepper phenols and vibrant orange citrus esters. A clean, woody beechwood smoke is clearly present but harmonious.
