Bidassoa Basque Brewery

Spring Break is a vibrant, refreshing Session American IPA that celebrates a modern hop profile with remarkable clarity and focus. The aroma is dominated by a bright citrus-forward punch from Talus and Mosaic, offering layers of pink grapefruit and berry against a background of tropical fruit. Simcoe and El Dorado provide a crisp, resinous depth, grounding the fruitiness with a classic piney character. Despite its sessionable 4.4% ABV, the beer maintains a firm bitterness and a clean, bready malt presence. It is defined by its approachable, light body and a snappy, dry finish that highlights its refreshing hop-centric personality.

Appearance. Pours a medium gold with brilliant clarity and a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent citrus zest, resinous pine, and hints of tropical stone fruit. A low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hop bouquet without interference. Fermentation is clean with negligible yeast esters.
