This Hazy IPA delivers a saturated sensory experience powered by an intensive hop profile of Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra CRYO. It presents a luminous, opaque appearance, yielding an explosive aroma of passion fruit and zesty lime over sophisticated notes of white grape and crushed gooseberry. The palate is defined by a lush, juice-like intensity where tropical fruit and peach flavors are supported by a soft, bready malt foundation. A restrained bitterness allows the complex fruit character to lead, while the concentrated lupulin from the Citra CRYO ensures a clean, punchy citrus finish within a pillowy, smooth structure.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a uniform, opaque haze. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity featuring pronounced passion fruit and pineapple from Galaxy, paired with the distinctive white wine and gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin. Citra CRYO adds concentrated lime zest and tangerine notes. Background malt is lightly bready and grainy; fermentation esters are clean and supportive.
