Rush Everything is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop profile led by HBC1019 and Citra. This expressive pour radiates with saturated notes of sweet honeydew melon, ripe cantaloupe, and a distinctive whisper of creamy coconut derived from the HBC1019. The Citra provides a bright counterpoint of zesty grapefruit and lush mango. Its opaque, sun-drenched appearance precedes a silky, soft palate where low bitterness allows the intense tropical and stone fruit flavors to dominate. The finish is remarkably smooth and off-dry, leaving a lingering impression of tropical nectar, citrus zest, and soft, bready malts.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a luminous, opaque haze and a beautiful 'shine'. Topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinct notes of honeydew, coconut, and peach from the HBC1019, paired with the grapefruit and passion fruit punch of Citra. Low bready and grainy malt character provides a neutral backdrop, complemented by subtle fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with ripe mango, cantaloupe, and sweet citrus. Malt flavor is low and bready, supporting the hop saturations. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, ensuring a soft, juice-like impression. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a clean, lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a characteristic pillowy, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency or harshness is present, and alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated.
