This session-strength Wild Specialty Beer presents an explosive sensory profile driven by a massive addition of fresh raspberries and tropical mango. The 3.7% ABV base allows the fruit’s natural acidity to shine, while the addition of maple syrup and vanilla provides a luxurious, rounding sweetness that balances the sharp lactic tartness typical of a wild fermentation. The aroma is dominated by jammy red fruit and succulent stone fruit, complemented by a subtle, creamy confectionary undertone. It captures the essence of a decadent fruit tart, offering high flavor intensity with a refreshing, light-bodied finish that masks its low-alcohol nature.

Appearance. Deep reddish-pink to magenta; opaque with a heavy haze. The pour creates a dense, light pink head with moderate to poor retention and minimal lacing typical of heavily fruited wild ales.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of sun-ripened raspberries and pulpy mango. A distinct creamy vanilla sweetness merges with a faint, earthy maple character. Clean lactic acidity provides a bright, tangy backdrop with very low funk and no hop character.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, refreshing raspberry tartness followed immediately by lush, sweet mango. Mid-palate reveals vanilla and maple syrup which temper the acidity. The finish is fruity and clean, with a lingering sweetness from the specialty ingredients rather than malt. Hop bitterness is absent.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, almost creamy texture from the vanilla and fruit solids. Carbonation is moderate. No alcohol warmth is perceived, and there is no astringency despite the heavy fruit load.
