Bacchanalia Pinot Noir is a complex, vinous Brett Beer that marries the rustic funk of spontaneous fermentation with the elegant fruit profile of Pinot Noir grapes. The pour reveals a striking ruby-hued body topped by a modest foam. The nose is highly aromatic, presenting a blend of wild barnyard funk, damp hay, and leathery character alongside vibrant notes of dark cherry and crushed berries. On the palate, it is remarkably dry and crisp, showcasing wood-driven structure from oak aging. Subtle tannins and a light acidity accentuate the lingering vinous finish, making for a sophisticated and deeply layered sensory experience.
