The aroma bursts from the glass with intense concentrated apricots, floral notes of roses and lavender, hay, and juicy peaches. The palate is surprisingly delicate with a balance of juicy stone fruit character, minerality, and light earthy funk. The beer is medium-bodied with a nice round acidity that finishes dry with soft oak and balanced bitterness.
