This Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience through a purposeful blend of Simcoe, Azacca Cryo, and Citra hops. The initial aromatic impression is a lush collage of rippling pineapple and succulent mango, sharpened by the bright, aromatic oils of tangerine zest. On the palate, the hop-forward profile maintains a juicy intensity without harsh bitterness, supported by a clean, grainy malt backbone. The interaction between the tropical stone fruit of the Simcoe and the concentrated citrus punch of Azacca Cryo creates a complex yet approachable character. Appearance. Color is straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Opaque haze with a healthy shine. Topped with a persistent, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
