Basqueland’s Mucho Mucho Raspberry is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer defined by an unrestrained explosion of fruit. It pours a deep, hazy ruby with a fleeting pink foam, immediately releasing a high-intensity aroma of freshly crushed raspberries, jammy sweetness, and a sharp, lactic tang. The palate is dominated by the fruit’s natural acidity, offering layers of tart berry skins and succulent pulp. A clean, persistent acidity cuts through the fruit intensity, leading to a bone-dry finish. This summery sour balances the wild fermentation character with the sheer volume of raspberry, resulting in a refreshing yet complex profile that celebrates the pure essence of the fruit.

Appearance. SRM 5–8 with a heavy pink-to-red saturation; hazy to nearly opaque. The head is pink-tinted with moderate-to-low retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity raspberry character, ranging from fresh-picked berries to jammy preserves. Notable lactic sourness providing a sharp, clean edge, with very low earthy funk and no hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and fruit-forward. Intense raspberry pulp and skin flavors dominate the mid-palate. Bitterness is nearly absent (negligible IBU). The finish is bone-dry and acidic, with a lingering, refreshing berry aftertaste and no malt sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, prickly carbonation. Notable acidity creates a mouth-watering sensation. Low alcohol warmth; very slight fruit tannin astringency contributes to the dry finish.
