Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a dense, opaque haze that offers a characteristic shine. It features a persistent, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and substantial lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring stone fruit, mango, and pineapple, alongside bright grapefruit and lime citrus. Clean, lightly bready malt is present in the background. Fermentation character is neutral to fruity, supporting the hop profile without clashing.
