This Double IPA showcases an intense aromatic profile driven by a potent dry-hop addition of Belma, Mosaic, and Citra. Bright notes of sweet strawberry and melon from the Belma hop variety mingle with Mosaic's signature blueberry and tropical mango, while Citra provides a sharp grapefruit and lime zest finish. A clean, neutral malt base allows these modern hops to shine, delivering a balanced but assertive bitterness. The experience is lush and fruity, with a well-integrated 8% ABV warmth that supports the hop intensity without overshadowing the vibrant, juice-forward character of this collaboration.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange with a slight haze. Topped by a moderate-sized, persistent white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring a complex blend of tropical fruit, citrus, and berry. Distinct notes of mango, grapefruit, and strawberry are prominent. A supportive, clean, neutral grainy maltiness sits in the background alongside a light fruity fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of passion fruit, lime, and melon. Bitterness is moderately high but remains smooth and devoid of harshness. A low, clean, soft malt character provides enough support to prevent a thin mouthfeel. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy and citrusy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. Presents a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth consistent with its strength, without any hop-derived astringency.
