Noisepop is a luminous Hazy IPA that showcases the vibrant sensory profile of the Nectaron hop. This collaboration pours with a soft, ethereal haze, releasing an intense bouquet of ripe pineapple and pungent passionfruit. The single-hop addition of Nectaron drives the aromatic experience, layering bright citrus notes over a foundation of succulent stone fruit. On the palate, the bitterness is intentionally restrained, allowing a smooth, grain-forward malt base to support a lush tropical fruitiness. It finishes clean and juicy, offering a refreshing and highly aromatic expression of New Zealand’s modern hop viticulture that emphasizes fruit depth over sharp bitterness.
Appearance. Deep straw to golden-yellow with an opaque, ethereal haze that provides a soft shine. Supports a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity, dominated by Nectaron hop characters including prominent pineapple, passionfruit, and fuzzy peach. Subtle citrus peel undertones blend with a clean, lightly bready malt background and neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. A burst of tropical fruit flavor led by pineapple and stone fruit, transitioning into soft citrus. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a neutral stage for the hops.
