This unique American Lager showcases a rustic, sensory-rich profile derived from a significant 30% buckwheat grain bill and refined French hops. It pours a brilliant, pale straw color with a generous white head. The aroma is characterized by an earthy, nutty graininess from the buckwheat, complemented by the herbal and subtly floral nuances of Elixir and Triskell hops. On the palate, it offers a surprisingly silky, medium-light body that evokes the flavor of a traditional Breton galette. The Elixir and Triskell hops provide a gentle, clean bitterness that balances the toasted grain core, leading to a crisp, exceptionally refreshing finish.
