This Hazy IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey inspired by the smooth texture of West African fufu, utilizing cassava to enhance its plush character. The aroma is an explosion of tropical complexity, where Mosaic and Idaho 7 provide deep layers of mango and pineapple, while Cashmere adds delicate notes of melon and lime. A double dry-hopped approach featuring Cryo Ekuanot provides a concentrated punch of citrus zest and papaya. It pours with a luminous, opaque glow, leading into a pillowy-soft palate that balances moderate hop bitterness against a neutral, bready malt backbone, finishing with a lingering, juicy fruitiness.

Appearance. Straw to light amber with a luminous, opaque haze and a characteristic shine. It supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring mango, pineapple, and blueberry from Mosaic and Idaho 7, alongside lime zest and melon from Cashmere. Cryo Ekuanot adds a concentrated citrus and papaya note. The malt is low and neutral, providing a light bready background that supports fruity yeast esters without any caramel or toast.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of tropical fruit and stone fruit. High hop flavors of mango, citrus, and peach dominate. Malt flavor is low and grainy, serving as a soft foundation. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft, rounded mouthfeel. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering, juicy aftertaste of citrus and tropical fruit with no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency, harshness, or raw starchiness is present.
