This collaborative Saison captures a coastal essence, blending traditional Belgian farmhouse character with a distinctive 'Atlantic breeze' profile. It presents a hazy, pale gold aesthetic topped with a frothy white head. The aroma is a delicate dance of spicy yeast phenols and citrusy wheat notes, underscored by a subtle mineral salinity from South Atlantic sea salt. On the palate, the wheat provides a soft, grainy base for bright citrus and fruity esters to shine, while the salt addition sharpens the flavors and provides a savory depth. Appearance. Pale gold (4-5 SRM). Voluminous, rocky white head with excellent persistence and Belgian lacing. Unfiltered appearance results in a noticeable haze.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a mix of spicy black pepper phenols and fruity esters reminiscent of lemon peel and green apple. Low grainy malt sweetness is complemented by a unique, fresh mineral note from sea salt. Low floral hop character.
