This decadent English Barley Wine presents a luxurious sensory experience, celebrating an indulgent profile of white chocolate, cinnamon, and toffee cake. The base of British pale ale and crystal malts provides a robust foundation of biscuit and deep toffee, while barrel aging introduces sophisticated notes of oak and spirit. Aromas of fried churro dough and warm spice lead into a palate saturated with creamy white chocolate and rich, cake-like sweetness. At 12% ABV, the alcohol is well-integrated, offering a soft warmth that complements the dark fruit esters of plum and raisin. This is a full-bodied, dessert-forward masterpiece with a lingering, velvety finish.

Appearance. Deep mahogany with ruby highlights (20-22 SRM); clear but viscous with visible legs; a thin, off-white head with low retention due to high alcohol and adjunct oils.
