Festoon captures the essence of a traditional Munich Helles with a distinctively bready focus. Pouring a brilliant, pale gold, it opens with a moderate aroma of grainy-sweet Pilsner malt and subtle herbal hop notes. On the palate, a soft, rounded maltiness provides a bready foundation, balanced by a restrained yet firm bitterness that enhances its refreshing character. The finish is clean and dry, reflecting careful lagering and a crisp profile. Despite its sessionable 4.6% ABV, the beer maintains a medium-bodied smoothness that honors classic German brewing traditions while remaining incredibly drinkable and bright.

Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a pale gold color (3–5 SRM). It supports a persistent, creamy white head with moderate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt and fresh bread crust. Low herbal and spicy hop character provides a clean counterpoint. Fermentation is exceptionally clean with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression of soft, grainy-sweet malt. The flavor is rich with bready Pilsner malt notes, supported by a low to medium-low floral hop bitterness that provides structure without becoming harsh. The balance is firmly malty but never cloying, leading to a soft, clean, and dry finish.
