Pau&Love is an organic interpretation of the classic Weissbier, offering a refreshing and deeply drinkable profile suited for warm weather. It presents a vibrant deep gold to intense copper hue topped with a persistent, moussy white head. The aroma is defined by a characteristic balance of ripe banana esters and spicy clove phenols, enriched by subtle notes of vanilla. On the palate, the soft, bready presence of wheat malt is accented by a hint of crisp acidity and the delicate, herbal touch of German noble hops. It finishes clean and slightly dry, maintaining a light, fluffy texture that exemplifies the style's refreshing nature.

Appearance. Deep gold to intense copper (approximately 5–7 SRM). Features a very thick, creamy, and long-lasting white head with excellent retention. The liquid displays a characteristic slight cloudiness from the high wheat content and suspended yeast.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity with a classic fermentation profile of ripe banana and spicy clove. Subtle notes of vanilla and a light peppery spice are present. The malt character is bready, doughy, and grainy, while German noble hops contribute a very low, delicate floral or spicy background.
