This Coffee Stout presents a deep, inviting profile centered on a three-day cold maceration of an Italian Arabica and Robusta coffee blend from Jesenická pražírna. Built on a traditional Stout base, it offers a harmonious fusion of dark roasted grains and bold espresso-like character. The sensory experience is defined by its deep black appearance and persistent creamy foam. On the palate, the interplay between the nutty Arabica and earthy Robusta beans complements the chocolate and char of the malt, finishing with a balanced, smooth bitterness and a clean, roasty persistence that highlights the craft of the local roastery.
Appearance. Deep black (SRM 40+); opaque; thick, persistent creamy tan head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant fresh-roasted coffee with nutty and earthy notes from the Arabica and Robusta beans; moderate dark chocolate and cocoa malt character; very low earthy hop aroma; clean fermentation profile with no esters.
Taste. Immediate impact of rich espresso and bittersweet dark chocolate; the Arabica provides a light nutty sweetness while the Robusta adds a bold, earthy depth; moderate hop bitterness is supplemented by roasted grain astringency; finishes dry and roasty with a lingering coffee aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body; moderate carbonation; smooth, creamy texture with a very light, pleasant astringency from the coffee and dark malts; low alcohol warmth.
