This Czech Premium Pale Lager, a collaboration with Les Forces du Malt, offers a quintessentially deep sensory experience. It presents a rich, bready-rich malt profile derived from traditional Czech malt, balanced by the assertive yet refined floral and spicy notes characteristic of noble hops. The aroma is a complex bouquet of toasted grain and herbal meadows. On the palate, a soft, rounded bitterness provides structure without harshness, leading into a long, clean finish that highlights the interplay of decoction-like malt depth and spicy hop character. It is a refreshing, full-flavored lager with a sophisticated, creamy presence and excellent drinkability.

Appearance. Deep gold color (5-6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a dense, long-lasting, and creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Medium-high intensity with a rich, bready, and toasted malt character. Complemented by a medium-high spicy and floral hop bouquet. Very low diacetyl and clean fermentation profile with no fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression of rich, complex bready maltiness followed by a pronounced floral and herbal hop flavor. Bitterness is firm and prominent (30-45 IBU context) but remains soft, rounded, and never harsh. The balance is exquisite, leading to a long, lingering finish that transitions from sweet grain to a clean, hoppy snap.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a smooth, creamy mouth-coating quality.
