Adnams Dry Hopped Lager reimagines the classic American Lager through a modern lens, featuring a foundation of delicate Pilsner malt that provides a clean, grainy-sweet backbone. The standout feature is the generous dry hopping with Australian Galaxy hops, which elevates the profile with vibrant bursts of passionfruit, citrus, and tropical fruit. This cold-conditioned lager remains exceptionally refreshing and crisp, balancing its light body with a surprisingly punchy aromatic intensity. It offers a bright, golden presentation with a thirst-quenching character, where the subtle malt sweetness perfectly offsets the bold, fruity hop notes for a highly drinkable, contemporary finish.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a frothy white head that exhibits moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring distinct notes of passionfruit, peach, and citrus zest from the Galaxy hops. Low, clean malt aroma reminiscent of cracker or sweet grain from the Pilsner malt. Clean fermentation profile with no detectable esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and dry. Low grainy-sweet Pilsner malt flavor provides a neutral base for a forward hop character. Galaxy hops deliver flavors of tropical fruit and lime. Bitterness is low but present, balancing the malt without lingering. The finish is very clean, short, and refreshing with a slight citrusy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light body with high carbonation providing a lively, prickly carbonic bite. Very smooth due to cold conditioning; no alcohol warmth is perceived. Refreshingly crisp and non-astringent.
