This refined Belgian Blond Ale, inspired by the traditional monastic Patersbier, delivers a sophisticated sensory profile designed for sessionability. Taste. Initial impression is of grainy-sweet malt with a distinct honeyish quality. The middle is rounded and full, showcasing yeast-derived stone fruit flavors of apricot and plum alongside spicy clove. Medium bitterness provides balance against the malt. Finishes very clean, crisp, and dry with a lingering soft malt and spicy yeast character.
